Don’t forget! All fees for the upcoming school-wide field trip to the Pittsburgh Zoo are due by April 14, 2026.

• Adult (riding the bus): $25
• Adult (not riding the bus): $15
• Non-SVCCS sibling: $15
🚌 Each student may bring one paid adult on the bus (clearances required).
👨👩👧 Additional adults or non-SVCCS siblings must purchase group-rate tickets and arrange their own transportation.
📝 Be sure to complete the field trip sign-up form!
🔐 Adults riding the bus must have current clearances on file before the trip.

Not only were they amazed by the tricks, but they also learned about the importance of developing a strong character and got a peek behind the curtain at how the illusion of magic really works. It was a fun and meaningful experience for everyone! 🎩✨

This week our students had a great time in Makerspace creating fun designs with Perler beads. These colorful, iron-on beads are carefully arranged on pegboards to form unique patterns and characters, then fused with heat to bring each creation to life.

SVCCS is celebrating academic achievements!
Kindergarten was awarded a Pizza Party for having the highest levels of learning and growth out of all the grades in this last quarter.
Congrats to Kindergarten for your hard work and efforts!



Our first graders are having a blast in gym class with Mrs. Spicher at SVCCS!
They’ve been staying active and having so much fun with a variety of indoor activities and games. These photos from last week’s exciting Rock-Paper-Scissors Challenge capture the laughter and friendly competition all around!




SVCCS is offering FREE DENTAL CLEANINGS for students!
All students are welcome to sign up and take advantage of this valuable opportunity. This service fulfills the third-grade dental exam requirement.
