Special Education Teacher

Our small, close-knit elementary school is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment where every student is valued. Candidates should be certified in special education and passionate about helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Experience with IEP development and collaboration with general education staff is preferred.

  • Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.

    • Manage classroom behavior and create a supportive learning environment for students with developmental disabilities.

    • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in literacy and math, adapting materials as necessary.

Confidential Secretary to the CEO

Our small, mission-driven elementary school is seeking a highly skilled Confidential Secretary to support the CEO. This part-time position requires a professional who can manage sensitive information, communicate effectively, and serve as a key liaison between the CEO and staff, board, families, and community members.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience (education or nonprofit preferred)

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office technology

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong commitment to the values and mission of our school

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Substitute Kitchen Worker

Our small, close-knit elementary school is seeking for reliable and hardworking Substitute Kitchen Workers to join our team on an as-needed basis. This role provides fill-in support when our cafeteria manager is absent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Food prep and meal preparation for breakfast and lunch

  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment

  • Following food safety guidelines and school procedures

Experience in food service is preferred but not required. Must be dependable, able to follow directions, and work independently. Standard school clearances required.
